TT-IR-8087030 is
a plasma-protected (B&O designed) 455 KHz infrared receiver, to be used as external
receiver in environments with a plasma screen, to filter out the infrared noise from the
plasma screen, which otherwise disturb/interrupt the reception of B&O signals. TT-IR-1455 is a
miniature thumbnail (B&O) 455 KHz infrared receiver. TT-IR-1455 may be used as external receiver for our LinTronic products. Is delivered soldered onto 5 meters cable. Some customers have succesfully extended up to 15 meters by adding a normal stereo extension cable. However, this particular IR receiver is designed to sit onto a circuit board. We cannot promise it will work on cables over 5 meters. If you need more than 5 meters cable, then see the below shown TT-IR-8087030. Note: In plasma-screen environments: TT-IR-1455 cannot be used. See TT-IR-8087030.
