LinTronic

X10 and LinTronic advantages

HOUSECODE AND UNITNUMBER
Most X10 controllers have to be set to a specific HouseCode and typically control from 4 to 8 Units. This strongly reduces the number of Units you can control without manually changing the HouseCode on the controller.

LINTRONIC USE THE WHOLE RANGE OF ADDRESSES
At LinTronic we are not restricted to any limited number of Units, as we concider the combination of a HouseCode and a UnitNumber as ONE Address, which allows us to make use of all 16 HouseCodes (A-P) and all 16 UnitsNumbers, meaning we control more than 256 Addresses.

You can even have many Receivers set to the same Address, reacting to the same commands, and then we in fact control a lot more than 256 devices.

For example we can control more than 16 Units in your Office (HouseCode O), more than 16 Units in your Kitchen (HouseCode K) and more than 16 Units in your BedRoom (HouseCode B).

Need control of Units in the cellar ? Then we simply suggest you use HouseCode C for the cellar, HouseCode G for the garage, HouseCode M for Michaels room, HouseCode D for the DriveWay, etc. etc. etc.

Our TT455-RT-238 will control some or all of these Addresses as you have specified in your configuration of the TT455-RT-238 or in the HomeAutomation software.

SPECIFIC LIGHT LEVEL CONTROL
Furthermore we control specific light level control (Extended commands), allowing you to set exact light levels on one or more specific Addresses all over your Home, only by clicking your remote control ONCE.

When you turn on the TV, why not set the light level of the nearest lamps to a preferred light level at the same time ?

When you go to bed, why not turn off all the lights, but set the light level in the bathroom to 70% and bedroom to 40% ?

When you check the kids during night-time, why not set the light level to 20% which does not wake them up ?

AND THERE IS MORE
You may also use a simple ON/OFF command from a standard X10 transmitter/controller or remote control, and convert this into a series of specific light level controls. Or convert the X10 command into an InfraRed signal controlling stereo, tv, curtains, screens, etc. etc.
