SleepTimer

The purpose of the SleepTimer is to trigger Action(s) when the programmable SleepTimer elaps (10 - 90 minutes).
This will for example allow the owner to set the SleepTimer for 30 minutes and then fall a sleep in front of the TV, letting the TT455-RT-238 take care of turning the TV off, closing curtains, turning lights off, closing garagedoor, etc.

PROGRAMMING THE SLEEPTIMER
In TV mode - activate the BEO4 LIST untill you see the function CLOCK and then activate GO.
You will see a short blink from the TT455-RT-238's red LED confirming that you are now allowed to program the SleepTimer.
You now have 10 second to program the time you want the SleepTimer to run.

During these 10 seconds you see a very short blink every second on the red LED. If you do not program the SleepTimer within 10 seconds, you will see 2 blinks on the red LED indicating that SleepTimer is disabled/skipped. If your BEO4 is still showing CLOCK, you simply activate GO and you once again have 10 seconds to program the SleepTimer.

Programming the SleepTimer within the 10 seconds is done by activating one the numbers 1-9, which sets the timer: 1 = 10, 2 = 20 , 3 = 30, ..... 9 = 90 minutes. You will see a 2-second blink on the red LED and then a short blink every second while the timer is running.

When the SleepTimer expires it will search the Memory Map for Action(s) to be carried out.

The built-in multi-task controller allows you to use the TT455-RT-238 for anything else while the SleepTimer is running.
