This command request the status of the outputs and expect to get the respons:

909[LED][Spare1][Spare2][Output1][Output2]

[LED]      0 = Off, 1 = On
[Spare1]  0 = Off, 1 = On
[Spare2]  0 = Off, 1 = On
[Output1] 0 = Off, 1 = On
[Output2] 0 = Off, 1 = On
